Experienced individual from a banking background with over 10 years in Corporate & Institutional Banking as a Credit Analyst. Good understanding of client structures, business profile, accounts and cash flow analysis and industry background. Familiar with banking policies and credit procedures. Ability to on-board new clients/facilities and deal with all the associated administration including KYC/AML compliance. Above experience utilised in a customer-facing role as a Redress Case Handler in a vast remediation project for the RBS. Gained extensive experience in project management, customer sales journey, knowledge of regulated products (Interest Rate Hedging Products IRHP), FCA sales standards, guidelines and principles, assessing large customer case files including understanding of loan facilities and redress cash flow and interest calculations, responding to customer complaints in writing and in meetings. Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to work with large volume of case loads, customer focussed and dedicated. These experiences put me in an ideal position to take on the PPI Case Handler role. Now looking for a new contract role within any remediation project.
