People Dynamics was my brain child while working with Profiles Asia Pacific, an affiliate of Profiles International in Waco, Texas. I started with the company in 1999 as an Account Executive then evolving to doing the following roles: Marketing Director, Director for Operations and the latest as Training Manager with sales, marketing and operations functions.

I handled several projects while a Consultant for my own company. Notable projects would be Bali Blends Cafe from Business Planning to the actualization of the Cafe with a budget of eight (8) million pesos or about $180,000.00.
