I have excellent skills in communication and people management. I am a confident creative performer who is hard working, flexible, trustworthy and able to meet deadlines, responding well to pressure whilst keeping a level head and positive attitude. Experience working with a range of individuals, specifically with complex needs, demonstrating my ability to develop good rapports in a timely manner. I have a non-judgemental attitude, establish a non-judgemental environment for example sharing culture. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, organised, confident and committed individual, ensuring to put my all into everything I do, always going the extra mile. I enjoy working in a fast pace environment accompanied by challenges. I’m passionate about making a difference and changing peoples lives for the better and importantly I believe everyone deserves a rewarding job, a life free from addiction or abuse and a safe environment to live in. One of my most valuable experiences in my career so far has been leading a pilot project for indeterminate prisoners. I have not only been key in the innovation process but I have been a constant in the lives of those I work with which has been crucial to their progression and rehabilitation.
