I prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation. Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly. Assist the procurement team in sourcing construction materials as well as advise on procurement strategy. Verify and check the quantities needed for purchase orders. Liaise with the construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers. Assist the Senior Architect by providing day to day support and oversight of new site development projects.

I check and analyze plan for the preparation of Bill of Quantities, prepare and check purchase orders. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices. Prepare necessary billing attachments. Provide shop drawing and details. Do site coordination for office reports and provide schedule of works. Prepare and check necessary billing for Sub-contractors.

I check plan and actual measurements, prepare cost materials estimate. Prepare cutting list/production writing. I also check the delivery order before production. Lastly, provide shop drawing and details.
