Key achievements included the build out and promotion of the platform technologies for the engineering organisation with accountability for $300Mil+ of change budget to drive prioritisation for a traditionally siloed allocation. This change was key in having a shared vision in the capabilities that could be built once and used many times as part of the scaled agile transformation.

A transformational role that drove organisational change using Salesforce as the platform for the company’s technology and product strategy to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.Key achievements during that time included business process reengineering for transaction-based order management, invoicing and credit capabilities, pricing and cost management, sales process from led to close, and case management, all in Salesforce. This enabled a client facing booking portal (B-B) which successfully migrated from legacy email processes to support £3mil annual sales. The portal was rolled out to 2000 users and reduced an 81min per booking process to 5mins.

Led a small team of 10 direct reports running the product and content strategy, as well as technology development across SHP Magazine, SHP online, SHP Digital, Barbour EHS Information service, and content across the shows for SHExpo and IOSH Conference, SHP Awards, SHP Legal Arena. Key Achievements included adding £2mil new growth and the development of content programmes for 2014 and 2015 safety and health expo and IOSH conference with an audience of over 12,000 visitors and around 100 hours of content.
