Manage sector specific conferences in London and other regions• In August 2022 I managed a 3 day conference in Sweden with over 80 companies presenting and approx. 250 investors attending. I was also responsible for arranging 242 1:1 allocations. Alongside this I managed several other roadshows and events taking place at the same time.• Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Management and Investor Relations teams of 33 Swedish companies (including pitching)• Accountable for co-ordinating Corporate Roadshow programmes for Senior Management of Nordic companies to meet shareholders and investors e.g. post financial results 1:1 or group meeting basis, both physical and virtually• Comprehensive logistical management and planning for events e.g. hotel reservations, venue sourcing, catering, chauffeur bookings and printing• Experienced in using Microsoft Teams and other platforms such as InvitePeople to arrange virtual events• Created a database to keep track of roadshow allocations across all countries to assist with pitch improvement• Implemented new client database for Mifid II. Before we had a system that could track interactions, I created a spreadsheet to track all client data via manual input• Organised a Company’s CMD which involved co-ordinating with IT support, sourcing suppliers for hotel venue, transport, staging, branding, print, badges etc, registration of participants and overall initial set-up for event.• Contribute to creating and adapting systems to meet the needs of Corporate Access• Assist other departments within the bank with the arrangement of events in London• Reviewed and enhanced administration processes such as weekly marketing invites, internal event and CRM system updates• Execute the organisation of ECM transactions in London for Initial Public Offerings• Input on feedback with solutions on how to improve future events• Consistently work under pressure to resolve last minute roadshow changes

• Provided effective & efficient service to IFDS clients (specialising in companies including Blackrock, M&G, Henderson Global Investors, Jupiter & Schroders)• Liaised with their customers and financial advisors via the telephone to assist with investment queries• Examples of investment queries included renewal commission, transfers, dealing, money laundering, valuations and transaction history • Worked closely with Dealing, Compliance, Settlements and Complaints teams• At the request of IFDS, I took on additional responsibility to join the service solution team which resolved complex queries• Able to question to understand their query while adhering to company guidelines• Adapt my tone for different situations, for example showing empathy while dealing with bereavement and patience to effectively handle complaints
