I provide administrative support, served on the LGBTIQA+ Disability Advisory Committee, and represent Pride Foundation at conferences both locally and internationally

I represent MBN at conferences, government and community consultations and community events.• I develop and present workshops on the experiences of Bi+ people to businesses and service providers, including presentations for Inclusion Melbourne, State Government, and the LGBTI Health Alliance’s MindOut network.Prior to being elected to this role, I served as President until Oct 2019, and inaugural Vice President of MBN from July 2017 – March 2018.

Supporting Your Community Health in increasing the organisation’s capability in LGBTIQA+ health and to develop and implement strategies to improve inclusion for LGBTIQA+ service users, staff and volunteers. Working on Deakin University's project on Lived Experiences of LGBTIQA+ people with Disabilities. Work involved project planning, communications, designing and facilitating focus groups, data collection and analysis. Contributed outputs including resource development, hosting a Q & A as part of a virtual launch event, and publication of its findings in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.

I completed a placement with the communications department at AMAZE, to build their understanding of the LGBTIQA+ communities, focusing on transgender and gender diversity. I developed resources for trans and gender diverse autistic young people and their parents, and provided information for the phone support line operators.
