Key responsibilities:•Work closely with the Head of Traffic to source the most appropriate Creative Team or Designer for each project•Identify and resolve any potential resource conflicts and/or escalate to the Head of Traffic prior to a crisis occurring •Identify freelance needs, gather CVs and work with Head of Traffic/Digital Production Director to identify the most appropriate resource•Accurately complete and maintain freelance administration (eg, POs)•Train teams and new joiners in the resourcing process and internal systems and tools used (eg, Maconomy)•Maintain relationships with key recruitment agencies- Digital production training

•Creative briefing & traffic, artwork sign-off & ‘to print’ process•Key link between creatives, designers & management•Project cost-management supervision•Development processes, timing plans and deliverables

•Excellent ability to provide high quality secretarial support to a multifaceted team.•Experienced at typing of letters, reports, etc. from audio and copy typing, photocopying, faxing, sorting and distributing post and taking minutes if required. •Analytical and problem solving skills, good decision making skills, extremely effective verbal and listening communication skills.
