Part of a team helping international students navigate and succeed in their Pathways programmes. My responsibilities include: organising and leading events; social media; coordinating arrivals; enrolling students; organising tours and activities for visiting applicants; answering general enquiries; and hopefully more in the future!

I am a first point of contact for many students at the college and assist in the day-to-day running of the department. I deal with a lot of record keeping and retrieval for a large and diverse cohort.

I worked full-time at NZLC Wellington for 6 months. I taught a variety of levels, from complete beginner to advanced. I even took part in various extra-curricular activities including a coffee and conversation club, and a job workshop.

I worked on a temporary basis for Dominion English during their busy summer season. I taught teenagers and helped supervise excursions.

Nagoya, Aichi, Japan

I worked at ABC Plus for 2 and a half years, mostly teaching children. This was my first teaching position after my receiving my TESOL certification and it was a wonderful and challenging experience.

I completed the Kaplan Open Learning "Data Professional" course with the University of Essex Online. I got the chance to learn SQL.
