Key Responsibilities:• Customer Consultation: Advise customers during the tooling design stage and collaborate with the mold shop and sole factory to create accurate 2D and 3D files.• File Inspection: Thoroughly inspect 2D and 3D files to ensure they are error-free before providing them to customers for review.• Mold-Making Process Management: Oversee the mold-making process, including CAD, CNC, wooden mold creation, casting, CAM, assembling, texturing, coating, and delivery.• Sole Inspection: Work closely with the sole factory to inspect soles. Once the soles are free of mold and stock fitting issues, present them to customers for approval (both sample size and full size).• Shoe Development Collaboration: Partner with the shoe development team to review stock fitting trials with the lasted upper.• Pattern Gauge Creation: Create pads to cut full-size pattern gauges.• Production Support: Provide the production team with full-size pattern gauges and the toe spring tool.• Supplier Coordination: Supply the bottom sole and shoe to suppliers to create stock fit pads, gauge marking lines, and deep well pressing pads for samples and production.• Payment Requests: Handle payment requests for mold repairs.

Key Responsibilities:• Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for the development of new moulds, modifications, replacements, maintenance, repairs, and production approvals.• Material Expertise: Understand various materials and alloys, including their costs, behaviors, service life, and construction methods. Evaluate different types of moulds, their lead-times, and mould-making techniques.• Mould Shop Evaluation: Assess the capabilities of the mould shop to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.• Technical Drawing Proficiency: Read and interpret technical drawings and associated 2D and 3D software/files. Check drawings and various gauges for different types of moulds used in the footwear industry.

Key Responsibilities:• Insole Design and Development: Design, develop, and test insoles using Ortholite foam and other materials. Utilize CAD and Rhino software to create precise 3D models.• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the footwear design and development teams to ensure insoles meet the specifications and requirements of the footwear products.• Manufacturing Coordination: Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the production of insoles is of the highest quality and efficiency.• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges for insole development.• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the footwear design and development teams, troubleshooting any issues that arise with the insoles.• Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in insole design and production. Suggest improvements and innovations to enhance product quality and performance.
