Virtual Assistant - Human Resources/Appointment Setter
Human Resources -Generate potential employee leads daily to develop qualified candidates to work with Affinity private home care services. Appointment Setter -Prospect leads through cold outreach on a daily basis that helps guide families from initial contact, to consultation, to nursing assessment, and ultimately signing up with Affinity Private Home Care. This position will target leads, introduce pricing, book appointments for the Affinity Private Home Care meet and greet team. What you will do: ● Full sales cycle management including area based prospecting ● Cold calling for new business leads ● Setting Appointments for the meet and greet team ● 80-100 calls/day ● CRM Management to ensure communication and success ● Discovery Calls ● Cold Outreach ● Email Marketing ● Recruit/Interview CNA Candidates ● Manage Job Posting ● Build CNA Database ● Assign CNAs to Clients ● Onboarding/Training ● Manage Employee Call Out
