- Providing a unique and effortless banking experience centred around our customers- Working with my Private banking Manager to maintain an on-going profitable growth of our portfolio through effective identification of opportunities within the existing customer base- Regular face-to-face meetings with existing and prospective customers to understand their strategic goals/needs and to provide meaningful recommendations and solutions in regards to their banking - Writing credit proposals for home and investment loans and referring for suitable advice in regards to private wealth, lifestyle protection and protection of assets.

- Reviewing financial statements to complete a credit risk assessment (Accountant Prepared, Draft, Projections)- Preparing robust secured and unsecured credit applications with in-depth credit, financial and internal/external risk analysis- Managing credit risk across the Business Banking portfolio, reviewing daily reports, completing Annual Reviews and covenant monitoring- Effective customer management, proactive contact to customers within my portfolio to maintain high client satisfaction- Effective stakeholder relationships, especially with the Credit Approval team and Lending Support teams to ensure quick turn around times for customers
