During the same period, Stewart also acquired abstract companies in Dallas, San Antonio and opened an office in Houston.This was just the beginning of an expansion that today includes 7,000 issuing offices in all 50 states and has seen success in Canada, Slovakia, Hungary, Mexico and Costa Rica.
