• Support the Property Manager through preparation of financial documents with key properties valued between $380M and $500M.

• Prepared and reviewed federal and state tax returns for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individuals, Estates and Trusts for clients with various net worth
• Completed general account analysis and reconciliations for business clients including fixed assets, bank reconciliations, employer benefit costs, accruals and prepaid income/expenses
• Conducted financial, operative and compliance audits on financial and accounting records for investment partnerships.
