• Assisted in preparation of Concept Note on sub theme of Water Security - “River Conservation and Rejuvenation”, which will be presented by Secretary, Ministry of Jal Shakti to Prime Minister of India.

• Coordination with the 5 Ganga States in preparation of Action Plans for pollution abatement of River Ganga and its tributaries.
• Assisted in the projects being carried out in collaboration with CPCB - namely Water Quality Monitoring Systems for River Ganga, Pollution Inventorization Assessment Surveillance and Strengthening of Environmental.

• Part of Preliminary discussions related to development of Crematoria along the river.
• Handled project regarding manual water quality monitoring by 4 institutes (BHEL, IIT Kanpur, Patna University, BCKV) along River Ganga.
• Pending payments for the manual water quality monitoring carried out by the 4 institutes for the years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 were cleared in 2016 after consistent follow-up.
