Was responsible for the performance, supervision and delivery of the All India Centralized Employment Verifications Team of the Verification's Practice at KPMG ( Under Forensic Advisory Services). This made me responsible for managing and driving the performance of 80 personnel in my team. The core competency of the team was detailed execution of background checking and investigation processes to identify fraudulent information, fake / fabricated CVs and companies. Driving numbers, chasing targets, interpreting MIS numbers to track performance, setting up processes, SOPs, conducting training,ensuring compliance, implementation, making the process dynamic and working towards constant improvisation were key KRAs. People Management, tracking performance, sharing feedback , organizing performance improvement plans, counselling, managing and meeting expectations of clients and management - were key activities of this profile.
