• Analysis and reporting of time and costs charged to clients, providing budget updates, identify and resolve discrepancies.• Offer engagement team suggestions for improving engagement efficiency and profitability, monitoring client team performance against targets and produce and analyse reports on key engagements.• Assist with the completion of ‘Know your client’ anti-money laundering checks and other risk and compliance activities and ensure that these are completed ahead of engagement letters being issued to clients.• Track and resolve outstanding risk management issues and requests within deadlines.• Ensure all clients within your portfolio and any new clients have the necessary up to date risk management documentation in place and monitor this on an ongoing basis.• Provide regular updates of relevant client information to all members of the engagement team using various reporting methods.• Monitor progress of internal risk management procedures such as:: Relationships checks, Anti-Money Laundering checks, Authorisation for Services (AFS), Assisting with completion of Shield/Clientwise, and Preparation of Engagement letters.• Attend relevant client and team meetings, take notes of meeting, distribute action lists and follow up actions where appropriate and support assigned team by carrying out ad hoc administrative duties that may vary on a day to day basis.• Maintain existing and new clients on IRIS

• Maintain regular contact with overseas territories, billing managers, and external clients to progress resolution of outstanding issues and follow up on Inter Territory receivables performance. (on remittance advices, queries, overpayments etc)• Accurate and efficient allocation of cash to receivables within agreed SLA / KPI guidelines (our team has met all internal KPI targets). Also maintain spreadsheets on unallocated cash, cheques and credit card payments• Undertake reconciliations between SAP and database, and also on ITT Payables for balances to be offset.• Reconcile assigned GL accounts and bank accounts, with detailed review of client remittance advices and bank statements.• Undertake routine cash related activities on SAP, including monthly write offs, off-set journals, withholding tax deductions, Legal payables allocation and other routine / specific exercises• Work with team to share good practices on payment investigations, business warehouse reports, client contact history, as well as undertake general administrative activities. • Act as a team representative for the section on the FOCUS social committee, to help develop and organise regular social activities • Working under tight deadlines, producing variety of different reports have high experience in V-look-ups, Pivot tables, Macro, and other formulas• Has close interaction with the business – blocking and unblocking WBS codes, Time and expense transfers and creating journals on a daily basis• Working with the Global Mobility Team, updating new joiners and leavers, generating monthly LOS reports showing a summary of all the assignees budgets, Debtors reports, running the expense reports and tracking each client costs on an excel spread sheet and feed this back to the Global Mobility team in Hayes Galleria.
