Along side this I gave one to one skin and hair consultations, which required patience, product knowledge and active.

As a key holder and mostly the only member of staff working, I was responsible for opening and closing the shop, cashing up the tills, filling in bank slips and keeping count of the shops daily and weekly figures. I trained volunteers, including some with significant anxiety, on using tills, stock replenishment, plant care, counting and storing deliveries.
