Administrative Assistant Cum Secretary
Current- Upon receipt of tender invitation with confirmation of General Manager that ANC will be participating, coordinate directly to the Consultant for the collection of Tender Documents
- Printing & Checking all Tender documents issued by Consultant in CD format, any missing should be highlighted to Senior Estimator / Chief Estimator for query purposes
- Sending out enquiries
- Any questions by subcontractors/supplier should also be highlighted to Senior Estimator
- Searching for an additional subcontractor/suppliers through the internet
- Formatting Bill of Quantities for Enquiry and final pricing purposes
