Provides direct case management service to clients within Rapid Rehousing & short-term rental assistance program models. Will actively engage & recruit landlords and motel owners to participate in providing housing for Tri-Cities clients. Will assist clients during the lease-up process and will engage tenants to provide supportive services to promote housing sustainability and stability, linkage to employment services and other program & mainstream resources. The Housing Coordinator will be responsible for additional day-to-day program coordination duties within the participating Cities including but not limited to: attending meetings with City partners and supporting data entry and quality assurance.

Conducted outreach and housing navigation activities focusing on supporting individuals experiencing homelessness move to interim housing or permanent housing.Provided excellent services by interviewing and assessing clients to determine their eligibility for benefits and assistance such as mental health, health, substance abuse, and employments services. Initiated and maintained partnerships with community partners and organizations. Accurately documented services and completed data entry into the HMIS system.
