Employability Advisor and Mentor at Smart Working Revolution. Supporting Participants to reach their potential and find meaningful employment.

This is a voluntary placement to gain my 100 clinical hours to pass my current diploma. This is mainly evening work. I work within an age range starting at 18years old.

During my time at 121 holidays I worked in Sales, this included communicating with homeowners on a daily basis through email, zooms and phone calls. I used Hubspot to track and note my work of researching properties and marketing. Aswell as working with channel sites such as Air bnb, trip advisor and booking.com. I got promoted to team leader after three months, I took care of a small team of 3 people, this included scheduling and executing zoom’s every Monday and Friday, organising holiday, sick days and generally keeping the team on track for our set targets and goals.
