We are an established program at Advocate Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn. We provide inpatient and outpatient support with a full multidisciplinary team, including a pediatric advance practice nurse, an RN case manager, medical assistant, social worker, dietician. I work in close collaboration with pulmonary specialists and the other physicians involved in caring for this special pediatric population.
