Relationship Manager
Here I used to take inbound calls daily on which 4-5 leads were prepared. And through which I always achieved target approx 125% to 140%. I used to analyze customer's needs, especially their financial goals & resources so that I can offer them a good Insurance plan. Maintaining accurate up-to-date records of the customers safely and provide them additional plans also to our existing customer. Then I also used to give them a customer support or help as being a Relationship Manager. Sometimes I also used to conduct or schedule one-to-one live meeting with the customer "on special consultation requests" with our team. Then also used to escalated issues on such few cases to upper management. Most importantly, taking reference from our existing customer.
