In this role I coordinate day to day management and administration of the wider state team, office and warehouses including key logistics management across both sales and marketing departments.Key responsibilities:- Daily resource and logistics management across key precincts including Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane & Gold Coast regions. This includes organizing weekly stock transfers as well as monthly stock reconciliations at each location.- Manage all inbound and outbound/ordering of point of sale merchandise and event infrastructure. This includes forecasting for upcoming campaigns and events in line with key state budgets & timings.- Coordinate all state Market Days/NPD launches, ensuring key timelines are met and tools provided, as well as state summary of results.- OHS rep for the state team, ensuring any in-field issues are raised or communicated to the wider team.- Targeted regular telesales aligned to business plans and strategic priorities, including but not limited to: covering state key accounts, consumer activation pre-sell and regional point of sale delivery.

The Wings Team Leader role saw me help manage and coach a team of 11 Wings Team members in conjunction with wider business priorities and localised marketing plans.Key responsibilities:- Monthly rostering and management of resources- Management of morale and cohesion between teammates- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including third party event specialists, industry professionals and internal contacts. - Daily Report checking and providing critical feedback to fellow teammates- General administration and liaison duties with internal and external parties surrounding events, sales activations and marketing commitments.
