As an early childhood coach, I ensure teachers have the resources, support, and professional development they need to be successful. I strive to advance my own knowledge of child development and early education to inspire my colleagues, encouraging them to bring their best selves into the classroom every day. I also support the implementation of Bright Horizons philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices by providing resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.
