Member Services Representative
Current- Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members,and guests, ensuring a positive experience.- Handle front desk activities including answering phones, membercheck-ins (up to 800 guests/day), new member intake, and accountmembership and billing updates.- Greet and assist members and guests at the front desk, and help withdaily tasks to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.- Collaborates for evaluations/check-ins and maintains membersatisfaction by setting goals through weekly and monthly action plans.- Hold Adult-AED - CPR certification and provide emergency services,as needed.
