As a Visual Merchandise Leader, my role combines creativity, marketing savvy, and an understanding of consumer behavior to design visually appealing layouts that enhance the overall shopping experience. I utilise elements such as color, lighting, in store marketing, and product placement to tell a story and evoke emotions, ultimately influencing purchasing decisions.The Key Leader position involves managing a team of people to promote the completion of daily goals, guest satisfaction and people development. The role encourages providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities and are motivated to achieve their best.

Working as an RSO within the covid quarantine hotel managed by CQV, I was responsible for upholding a safe environment for people arriving from overseas who are required to enter a compulsory period of quarantine at the accommodation site. This included appropriately communicating with people in an effective and empathetic manner whilst maintaining physical distancing measures and good hygiene practices, including following infection prevention and control processes. Also working hard to mitigate any risk within a fast paced and dynamic environment to ensure client safety is maintained, operational instructions are adhered to, and maintain resident satisfaction.
