• Assistance to CEO and liaise between the office staff and CEO if required• Manage in purchasing for ALL office supplies; stationery, office furniture and assets (Laptop, Printer, Desktop and Monitor). • Supervise and arrange the maintenance & repairs processes for office Vehicles, Aircon, Electricity and Renovation as required.• Arrange travel tickets, hotel booking and accommodation for inbound and outbound travel for CEO, MD or Management.• Supervise the drivers, cleaners and Security ae per their routines and responsibilities to perform effectively.• Arrange transportation CEO, MD, Sales Team and Management Team for their appointments as necessary.• Arrange the all the necessary of the company’s visitors; meeting, accommodation(hotel), air ticket arrangements, sightseeing and transportation.• Organize the staff party, birthday party, anniversary and entertainment inside or outside the office. • Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned and instructed by CEO

• Supervised the production of the 20Liter, 1Liter, 500ml, 300ml water bottle as per factory’s QC (Quality Control)/QA (Quality Assurance)• Organized and arranged the daily schedules of distribution of water bottle to the customers who ordered• Supervised the in and out checklist of the inventory of water bottles from the factory, the damage of the return water bottles from customers daily.• Checked the storage of the raw material for the production of water bottle as per QC (Quality Control)/QA (Quality Assurance)• Other ad hoc duties as necessary
