Project : D'Nest Condominium - Pasir Ris Dr. 8- Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractor.- Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.- Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.- Liasing with any consultants, subcontractor, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.- Liasing with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulation and by laws.- Liasing with clients and their representatives (architect, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.- day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.- Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.- Preparing reports as required.- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Project : - Catholic Center - Waterloo St. ( A & A )- GEMS World Academy (Steelworks/Facade)- Supervision of day to day operation of the site work.- To ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawing, specification and meeting planned dates in schedule.- Interact with Project Manager for clarification in design / RFI etc.- Daily reporting about progress, non - compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager.- Conducting regular job site inspections- Actively monitor the work environment for hazards.- Assist in the quality and safety audit.- Identify and highlight possible risk on project.- Assist in necessary project documentation.- Accurately inventorying the jobsite and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained.- Support in finalization of Billing Break ups, Bill Certification etc.- Coordination for verification of extra claims.

Project :- Proposed Construction of Vehicular Bridge Across Existing Canal and Road Connection from Ubi Ave 4 to Airport Road- Upgrading of Storage Yard and Road Realignment Behind Berth J12 at Jurong Port Road, Jurong Port- Proposed Construction of New Taxiway at Northern End of Runway 2, Singapore Changi Airport- Prepare Site Progress Claim- Prepare daily accomplishment report in field activities to be submitted to Resident Engineer for information and guidance.- Prepare concrete pouring request / request for inspection for structure works.- Prepare Progress Report for the weekly / monthly progress meeting and submissions.- Attend monthly owner - contractor meetings- Supervision during concrete pouring, post tensioning, compaction test.

- Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, specification, details of plans for construction.- Supervised the quality control activities such as concrete pouring sequence, concrete design mixes.- Supervision at the site during concrete pouring and pipe layout.- Prepare daily accomplishment reports in field activities - Prepare concrete pouring report/ request for ducts and manholes.- Conduct Laboratory and field works such as Field Density Test, Concrete Testing, Rebar Testing, etc.- Conduct field inspection and preparing reports for the scheduled and accomplished item of work per month.- Conduct punch listing together with the inspector as per restoration works.- Ensures that necessary materials, supplies, equipment, plans, tools, etc are available.
