* Supervises daily operations of the Credit Department - orders in the queue, customer service experience, analysis of customer accounts. * Works side by side with team leads in brainstorming and finding efficiencies in daily processes. * Evaluates analysts' performance and publish mid-year and year end evaluations. * Provides coaching and feedback to team members. * Publish written work relating to analysis and department updates.
