Accounts & HR Executive-Handle full set of Company's accounts.-Assist HOF in all aspects of accounting, corporate tax related analysis and estimation.-Prepare monthly accounts closing including financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations, consolidation report and related matter.-Handling accounts related documentations and filing.-Liaison with internal, external auditors and bankers.-Preparation and timely submission of monthly accounts for management and yearly closing of accounts for annual audit and other required reports.-Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as and when required for management decision making. Human Resource -Responsible for general human resources functions for the Company & other affiliates.-Responsible to assist HOF for employee's recruitment and selection,appraisal, confirmation, promotion, compensation & benefits management.-Liaise with relevant government authorities in relation to human resource matter. -Process full spectrum of monthly payroll for US team and Malaysia Team :- including payroll calculation, allowance and checking of staff claims.-Handle monthly statutory contribution for US and Malaysia-Responsible for yearly EA Form & Form E submission. -Assist to develop, implement and review employee handbook, human resource policies & procedures and staff welfare in lines with management objectives.-Handle filing, office expenses and basic HR duties-General administrative duties and ad hoc duties where necessary E-filing of documents -Other ad-hoc HR matters.
