Closely concerned about the products and market trends of the well-known brands(such as Grohe, Delta, America Standard, Hansgroe, Kohler, TOTO, Moen, Oulin,Blanco, etc.) have knowledge of product trend; price and assortment of Homedepot, Lowe’s. 3. Be Familiar with kitchen and bathroom’s brand sales; selling price analysis in B&Q，China Red Star, La Maison, The Homedepot 4. Responsible for the collection of trade information to comprehend well customers' needs and competitors' new trends. 5. Handle feedback and claims, guide the building of clients info data; 6. Responsible for the daily team management to ensure efficiency and accurate completion of works. 7. Organize and take part in various international trade exhibition. 8. Familiar with the product inspection of PPT test,PSI,FAR and factory inspection of SER,GSV,BSCI which assigned by Onspex, ITS, BV, SGS...

Exporting products are: Stationery, toys, hardware, kitchenware, promotion items and all kindly of general merchandise. Main works: 1. New customer development, supplier assessment: quantity; material; size; delivery time; payment term; packing etc. 2. Confirm the payment term, L/C,shipping mark, artwork. make contract to suppliers after deposit or L/C receipt, arrange mass production. 3. Follow up the factory production schedule; arrange QC to inspect goods; 4. Contact forwarder for shipment booking, make out customs documents, and arrange shipment; 5. Prepare CO or FORM A; B/L; invoice; packing list to customer for arranging balance payment; 6. Submit certificate of verification; customs documents to financial department for export rebates transaction; 7. Consolidate the relationship between clients and company; 8. Order registration and keep in file.
