Total Rewards Specialist
Current• Oversee health, welfare and wellness programs, and the defined contribution retirement plan• Ensure the organization offers market competitive base and incentive pay practices• Partner with benefit brokers to develop benefit plan design for annual renewal• Develops communication materials, strategies and project plans to enhance employees’ understanding of benefits offerings• Audit 401(k) deductions and prepare 401(k) reports• Process and reconcile benefit billings and invoices• Prepare data for benefit renewals• Ensure that company’s benefit and compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations• Conduct market analysis and research by participating in salary surveys to support compensation decisions (experience with Radford a plus)• Prepare and submit all government-mandated reports• Respond to employee benefit inquiries• Manage vendor relationships
