Total Rewards Specialist
Current- Oversee health, welfare and wellness programs, and the defined contribution retirement plan
- Ensure the organization offers market competitive base and incentive pay practices
- Partner with benefit brokers to develop benefit plan design for annual renewal
- Develops communication materials, strategies and project plans to enhance employees’ understanding of benefits offerings
- Audit 401(k) deductions and prepare 401(k) reports
- Process and reconcile benefit billings and invoices
