Part time cleaning assistant, my roles and duties included working as part of a team to help clean a number of houses in a day, whether this would be a regular clean or a specialised clean, such as a deep clean. By doing this role I learnt how to work with others as part of a team, learning time management skills of how quick to clean a certain house, and I also developed my communication skills between my fellow work colleagues and the customers. The role also kept me physically fit and healthy through the fast pace work environment I was in.

A part time sales assistant, I was responsible for cash handling, sales and returns of goods, processing online orders, helping to keep the store clean and totalling up the revenue made at the end of the day. Along with this I believe I gave a professional service when serving customers and often handled any complaints a customer may have had.

This was unpaid work experience and my duties included serving customers at the till, helping to take clothing donations by the members of the public then sorting the goods bought in into different categories to be put in the right position on the shop floor. Along with this the team also assisted in creating fundraising activities such as family fun days, face painting and bake sales, with all the profits going towards the charity.
