Marketing student with 6 years of experience in event management and customer service and a passion for engaging communities online. As an event manager for Farm to Feast, I’ve learned to be comfortable working in fast paced environments. I’ve coordinated and managed a variety of events from small, plated home dinners to 100-200 guest celebrations. Interacting with many different clients has heightened my ability to be productive while under pressure and communicate easily with others. I’ve mastered optimizing event efficiency, while serving as the main point of contact for clients. At my last internship, I was able to use my graphic design skills to help a local small business grow. As part of Pratt Standard’s social media team, I contributed to targeted promotions which led to increased engagement on Instagram. I then transitioned into a sales and marketing role, working on multiple projects. My favorite project focused on providing marketing recommendations based on consumer data analysis, using Peel Analytics. I also created a potential business plan for an expansion into the local catering market. I love graphic design and spend much of my free time making custom graffiti cards for friends and family. When I’m not making cards, I’m typically working on other personal creative projects. At school, I’m a member of the Collegiate Financial Management Association and really enjoy helping other students gain financial literacy skills. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the statistical programming software R. I like working with data and am pursuing a masters in Marketing Analytics. I grasp new concepts quickly and pride myself in my organizational skills. I’m looking to explore digital analytics positions specific to marketing.
