Manage over 80 dealership accounts daily ensuring they are up to date with payments, fines and fees.I ensure timely payments and consistent revenue, by managing when things are coming up forrenewal, so they are completed before the account becomes overdue.• Gather relevant documentation to assist teams performing credit reviews, insurance validation andprobation reviews.• Monitor personal and shared inbox to ensure all email enquires are responded to in a timely manner.• Maintain strong working relationships with asset security, credit, sales and operations to ensurequeries are dealt with effectively and escalated to the right department in sufficient time. Thisinvolves resolution for the customer as well as keeping all relevant parties updated and happy.• Maintain relationships with third party organisations who work alongside the business.• Creating, updating, and working on documents for the wider business, including the senior leadershipteam relating to dealer accounts

• Answering the telephones, dealing face to face with patients and via email to ensure all customerneeds are met.• Reception duties such as booking patient appointments, diary management, phone and querymanagement, taking payments for treatment.• Effective organisation and prioritisation of tasks to ensure the day runs smoothly.• Cashing up and balance sheet management daily.• Administrative jobs as needed including ordering stock, checking visitors/ lab work in, filing patientdocuments.• Assisting the dentist with technical dental procedures, ensuring professionalism and safety.• Set up and close down the surgery, including preparation and decontamination of all instruments.• Always remaining alert and forward thinking in case of a healthcare emergency.• Creating and maintaining rapport with patients whilst undertaking treatment and whencommunicating before and afterwards.
