- Supervising Import & Export shipments both Sea & Air Freight for major clients.- Submitting Daily reports to major clients and ensuring customers are happy and satisfied with the service provided. Also meeting customer needs, demands, timelines or schedules as per requests.- Expediting transportation of client/customers freight so as arranging local movement and deliveries within the country.- Supervising & Coordinating delivery/movement of big volume of freights.- Attending to client queries and quoting customers based on requests.- Compiling costings of jobs/shipments & doing up summaries of final charges as per contracted rates for accounts team to invoice out accordingly.- Receive local freight from local vendors for on forwarding as per client instruction.

- Registering and ensuring all import shipments for major clients in the Oil & Gas Industry are completed according to procedures & promptly. - Receiving and coordinating all freight operations to ensure accurate, efficient and timely processing. - Communicating Freight and Movement information to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.- Organising delivery of freights, manage bookings with clients from supplier pickup to end delivery, and liaise with agents, offices and clients. - Updating/submitting of daily reports to major clients.

- Supervising & Coordinating all Air Freight jobs both import and export trans-shipments and DG goods.- Supervising and ensuring all Air Freight Officers & LCL Sea Freight Forwarding Officer carry out and complete all given daily tasks.- Serving and assisting clients and customers with regards to all shipment queries and services provided by the company.- Submitting Daily reports to major clients and ensuring customers are happy and satisfied with the service provided. Also meeting customer needs, demands, timelines or schedules as per requests.- Arranging & supervising documentation, manifesting and invoicing of Imported LCL goods through Sea Freight Forwarding.- Supervising & Coordinating deliveries, release if Delivery Orders & collection of payment & receipting.

- Arranging Import and Export of Full Container Loads through Maersk Line- Invoicing clients on their shipments and arranging necessary documentation such as Manifests, Bill of Ladings and Registration using the PNG Customs Ascycuda System.- Liaising with all Port Authorities on incoming and outgoing shipments including documentation and registration using the PNG Customs Ascycuda System.- Assisting the Operations Department to take care of Vessel Southern Tiare. - Arranging Importing and Exporting of all goods on Southern Tiare. (Full Container, LCL and Breakbulk).- Invoicing clients on their shipment and arranging necessary documentation.- Experience in Car Ship documentation, invoicing, pre-clearance and wharf clearance.

- Arranging quotations, Invoicing and raising Purchase orders and working closely and following up with Finance for payments. - Compiling of Stock reports, Cash and EFTPOS reports and approach towards co-workers in the Retail and Finance departments & working as a team to meet monthly reconciliation and end of financial year.- Customer service and Sales of Products.- Contributing and supporting Retail Team to pass audits.- Assisting with events such as photo shoots, road shows, Digicel Stars and Member key draw nights.
