Conservation Biologist looking to make the world a better place, by working in project management, threatened species and ecosystem management, data analysis, GIS, research, environmental assessments, ecosystem restoration and policy making. I have a Masters of Biological Science (specialising in Conservation Biology) at the University of Western Australia (UWA). I have completed my Bachelor of Science at UWA majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Conservation Biology. My experience through volunteering with the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, Western Australia has driven my desire to manage ecosystems and species, use data to inform conservation, restore disturbed land and to increase my understanding of environmental policies. Volunteering and working with children as given me the ability to communicate environmental science with the public and a greater understanding of the practical elements to conservation.
