Worked as the technical product manager for RingCentral UC platform (large-scale UCaaS platform). Led the first China telecommunication team in partnership with 3 brands (Alcatel, Avaya, Atos). Collaborated with cross-functional teams in multiple locations in US, Russia, Ukraine, China.Accomplishment:- Led the feature implementations in PBX functionalities and hardware phone integrations (such as short code dialing, flexible user entitlements, custom key layout), by breaking down high-level product requirements into functional specifications and working out the feasibility with the architect and R&D teams.- Managed Agile developments and ensured the deliveries with punctuality and of good quality. Planned each release cycle and maintained product backlog, consistent with the goal ‘Fit & Finish’.

Worked as the product manager for On-prem/Cloud UC platform, mainly responsible for hardware phone integrations (collab with Yealink, Fanvil, Snom, Hteck, Gigaset) and PBX calling experience enhancements.

As the product owner of Yealink-Microsoft UC Phone product line (owned highest worldwide market share), worked with Microsoft overseas teams for nearly 3 years, and managed the co-development with Microsoft product and R&D teams. Led the developments such as MP5x series (audio phone), VP59 (video phone), MP50/WH6x series (USB peripheral). Professional in Software, Hardware, and WEB developments for Android/Linux devices.Accomplishment: - Hosted the market research for MP5x product planning. Defined the hardware specifications, software general scheme and target user groups in the subdivision, which resulted in the most popular phones in Microsoft Teams market.- Led the entire process from concept to launch for 4 new Teams devices (MP50, 54, 56, 58).- Managed the cooperation with partners such as Microsoft (US/India) teams, third-party labs, and OEM partners worldwide.- Handled hundreds of technical support cases and understood customers’ real needs.
