I'm currently working as a freelance producer but looking for a full-time role. I’ve worked with some of the biggest and best international broadcasters including Al Jazeera Media Network, The Wall Street Journal and BBC World Service.I have almost 20 years experience in journalism - 14 of which was spent working in international 24-hour live broadcast newsrooms. I've worked on some of the biggest global stories and contributed to multi-award-winning coverage. I helped launch two international English-language news channels in the Middle East - Al Jazeera English at the channel's headquarters in Doha in 2006 and TRT WORLD in Istanbul in 2015.I covered international conferences and have been in public facing roles representing Al Jazeera, TRT World and BBC. I'm skilled in multimedia journalism (NCTJ trained), voice-over, podcasts, hosting/presenting, Adobe Audition, Descript, social media, mobile journalism, iNews, video editing (Adobe Premier Pro/Rush and Edius), interview producing, leadership, autocue/talkback and working under pressure.
