Training doctors and distributors how to use EndoClotTM Polysaccharide Hemostatic System. Writing SOPs for customer complaint and customer satisfaction survey for company. Handling customer complaints and settling the problems according to SOP. Driving and analyzing the customer satisfaction for the products yearly. Processing order and arrange logistics relevant matters. Liaising with 3PL/air freighter/sea freighter to ensure all the order would fulfill properly and timely.  Writing SOPs for management of warehouse and shipments. Warehouse management: 1. Timely recording receiving and shipping quality in support of manufacturing. 2. Labeling products timely and accurately according to ISO 13485.3. Issue products based on FIFO (first in first out) principle.4.
