Lead underwriting process, project, product, analytical and credit expert team, manage a team of 100+ people; The only Chinese direct report to CRO.1. Underwriting:Set UW strategy and application process for POS loan and fully responsible for credit risk of POS loan.Assess risk and implement strategy for new product, new project, new scorecard, and new process;Maintain the efficiency of standard product and standard process, and existing scorecard;Make reasonable UW strategies for each product to balance sales volume and risk cost efficiently;Identify the risky segmentation, problematic product/process, data source and system issue and find out the solution timely;Establish, maintain and review credit risk monitoring report, including scorecard, optional service, strategy efficiency, product mix, etc.;Realise the tendency and trend of market, product, macro economy and company business strategy and regulation change, set the relevant strategy to tackle the problem within limited time, and guide scorecard team to have it reflected in model in the long run;Design product with Sales, Finance and PD;Make sure risk strategy is efficient for the maximum profit of the company;Speed & Simplicity and risk leadership owner of Home Credit China.2. Cross-Sell:Set cross-sell selection criteria and limit calculation process and strategy;Analyse client’s behavior/affordability to give offer at the right time with the right amount of limit in order to maximize risk adjusted return.3. Portfolio Management:Familiar with provisioning model and budgeting methodology;CBIRC and PBOC reporting.4. Big Data:Acquainted with PBOC report data format and structure;Rich big data network.5. Asset Quality Review (AQR) in India and Indonesia. 6. Joint Lending, ABS and Corporate Bond.
