Corporate Communication Trainer
• Strategic partnership with the stakeholders to affiliate and align L&D strategies and ensure effective solutions are delivered to employees• Conducting TNI and TNA for learning & development initiatives, creation of testing & evaluation processes of the effectiveness of training programs• Providing voice and accent training to clients and customer service representatives • Creating and delivering training programs to assist the staff of all levels in improving their communication, intonation, and language fluency• Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, virtual sessions, coaching, etc.• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with students, providing comments and direction to help them improve their communication skills, accent, and fluency• Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely management information on all aspects of learning & development activity across the organization• Effective management induction program to make the new employee feel at home and develop a sense of pride in the organization and commitment to the job• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress to ensure the team's continuous success• Stay abreast with the industry trends & practices in training and provide recommendations to improve the program
