As an accomplished triathlete and triathlon coach, I am passionate about motivating and inspiring others to push past perceived limits. I have competed in triathlons around the world. Through my company, No Limits Coaching HK, I aim to spread my love for the sport and instill in others the self-confidence to take on new challenges.Triathlon has taught me the value of perseverance and believing in one's abilities. I strive to impart these lessons to help others unleash their potential, both in sports and in life. My own journey has shown me that with the right mindset and preparation, we are all capable of achieving more than we think.In addition to physical training, proper nutrition and mental health are key. I provide holistic coaching to athletes on all aspects of triathlon and performance optimization. I aspire to become a motivational speaker to share my experiences to motivate audiences to get out of their comfort zone and embrace growth. My goal is to empower athletes to get out of their comfort zone, embrace growth, and to become the best version of themselves. I believe we all have untapped potential within us, and I enjoy helping others realize that.
