Crafted a phased plan and visionary design for analytics development, for 2024 and the longer term vision of OneSignal.* Mentorship and Team Management: Provided direct mentorship and management to product and design team members, significantly enhancing their skills and independence, with a focus on onboarding and development of new team members. OpenFin is a fintech company that revolutionizes the financial desktop, by providing a productivity focused browser for internal apps.*Delivered end-to-end enterprise tech for 125k of desktop users and 100 financial firms, producing $XXm revenue per year.* Created, built and launched 4 products by collaborating with stakeholders including C-Suite and over 50 engineers. Managing product lifecycle from MVP to market incl. Go-to-market efforts* Owned full product roadmap across B2C products, planning and co-ordinated across 5 engineering teams.* Recruited, onboarded and managed 5 team members across Product and Design.* Led the creation and development of the vision for OpenFin, including introducing a tiered pricing strategy, movement from B2B to B2C and the conceptual product design product.

In particular, I've enjoyed encouraging females to consider more technical careers as part of Code First for Girls. The positions are wide-ranging, from being voluntary, contractual, and otherwise. The School for Poetic Computation is an artist-run school in New York that was founded in 2013. A small group of students and faculty work closely to explore the intersections of code, design, hardware and theory — focusing especially on artistic intervention. It’s a hybrid of a school, residency and research group.

Pariti was acquired by Tandem, in 2018 and aimed to help people spend their money intelligently. • Developed a real-time data process to handle user bank transactional data• Analysis using Rake Extraction, SpaCy, NLTK and Stanford Core NLP to enrich and cleanse data• Additional tagging and grouping of transactions to differentiate regular and one-off payments• Providing a forecast of a users financial position and creating a concept of financial health

6Tribes was an up-and-coming startup matching users to their Tribe. Its was a new way to cluster users to find your group and people like you. 6Tribes began in Jan'15 and was purchased for it's tech to become DriveTribe.• Management, organisation and direction of all data science projects, using rapid prototyping of ideas to determine feature direction. Iteration of these products using direct user feedback through focus groups.• Development and deployment of production environment Python Flask app serving transformed user data and recommendations through REST API’s.• Created and Stored raw user json data in S3 and transformed data in Elasticsearch. Intensive use of Boto and Elasticsearch Python libraries. • Development of Facebook sign-up process, using available API’s and determining permission requests with regards to drop-off rates. Enrichment of internal data through prototyping using Prismatic, Alchemy, Here and Foursquare API’s. Trialing of other available data sources, cross comparing to identify differences and strengths and weaknesses. • Development of Search facilities, by a groups key words and user names using Elaticsearch, using techniques such as. Techniques used being metaphones, synonymns and n-grams within the mappings.• Transformation of textual data using Natural Language techniques such as Rake extraction for keywords, the stemming and cleaning of words and exploration using Word2Vec to group words.

Lead analyst on the BI transformation of NowTV, providing the entire project team and key client stakeholders with an understanding of the current data landscape and future vision for the platform., whilst breaking down complex data science concepts• Designed and developed Quick Value Delivery Phase based around business requirements and client needs. Managed client expectations and requirements as well as delivery time scales.• Provided thorough documentation and understanding for all data sources. Use of client provided data analysis tools, such as Datameer to explore and analyse data quality.Regularly engaged and negotiated with third parties to land a new data source. Dealt with internal implications of data source and handling of new internal projects created from new source• Assisted in development of the Conceptual Data Model and Architectural plans for the new BI platform.• Assisted project bid work to successfully win the Implementation stage of the project.

Acted as a Data Scientist working in research and production environments. Regularly working on recommendation algorithms and exploratory work dependent on business demand.• Worked alongside the Platform team to write production standard code for release, as well as Data Science team as a more research/proof of concept oriented role.• Regular querying MySQL database along with Python connection to analyse data promptly to ensure company is data driven, dealing regularly with adhoc tasks..• Cleaning and transforming data using Python ensuring data cleanliness and suitability for project work.• Use of Logistic regression from Ski-Learn libraries, alongside Jaccard similarity and produce recommendations for around 5million jobseekers and recruiters.• Reduced the need for manual job classification and increased automation by training a Naive Bayes algorithm (testing both NLTK and Ski-Learn implementations for comparison.).• Extraction of huge volumes of data from external sources to enrich internal data. I coordinated the landing and acquirement of the data. Further enhancement of internal data using webscrapping techniques using BeautifulSoup and Scrappy• Conducted undirected research to produce feature and product pipelines. For example, the mapping of job seekers careers to a graph database to see career progression in terms of titles and company movements.

Entrepreneur First (EF) is a 6 month programme, where talented individuals come together to form high impact and deep-tech startups. Backed by Reid Hoofman, Demis Hassabis (founder of DeepMind) and more, EF has now helped over 2k individuals, with a portfolio of over worth of $2billion. I partook in the second cohort of EF, which allowed me to explore a range of entrepreneurial ideas, developing my ability to go from 0-1.
