A graduate of BS Nursing and a 4th yr undergraduate of BS Clinical Psychology. I was not able to pursue my nursing career but I was able to be successful in the BPO industry. Now, I am geared up to share my experiences and knowledge. I am all set to learn new skills from the company that will give a chance to showcase my ability and talent.I worked in Global Payments Processing Inc. from Feb 2016- June 2023, preforming different roles such as Fraud and Risk Analyst, Escalation Support Specialist (SME) and a Terminal Support representative. I also worked as a CSR/TSR in different companies handling different accounts like DSL, TELCO, Mobile broadband, Email Account and Publishing accounts.
