Ruby Freeman-Hall Email and Phone Number
Since winning Rotary Wales Young Chef in 2007 and representing Wales in the UK finals at the age of 14 I have been passionate about making food a main part of my life. Since then I have been lucky enough to have experienced 11 different kitchens and used my knowledge to help out some voluntary organisation.I am current actively seeking a new role within the food industry, either NPD or broadening my experiences within other departments. I have been working within NPD for a 5 years at companies producing various end products including ambient, chilled and food service, from initial concept development to launching new products and with new lines and factory equipment. I also have experience with specifications and artwork approval. In the future I want to expend my experience of the food industry and continue learning and developing.
