Ruby was born and raised in Guatemala City where she attented billingual schools throughout her life, having shown a great interest in the English language she became fluent since an early age. She attented USAC -Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala- where she doubled major with a Bachelor in Economics and a Bachelor in Political Science. She also learnt basic german in her College Language Institute. Ruby was an administrative assistant for International International NGO with office in Guatemala, where she developed problema solving skills and rapid action.
