I managed a team of six in Digital Provider Experience and oversaw the portfolio of healthcare provider products to ensure alignment in the experience and design across all the touchpoints. I regularly met with stakeholders to understand upcoming priorities to better prepare and support the team. I also introduced and piloted a process to track design efforts using Jira which allowed us to connect our cards to dev efforts. Though I was managing a team, I also individually contributed heavily to the modernization of ResMed's offline data viewing solution, ResScan, as well as the Aura Design System.

Leading up to and during my time as a senior, I led the experience design for ComplianceCoach, an AI-powered application to enable healthcare providers empower and support patients in the first 90 days of CPAP therapy. Improved workflows have resulted in an increase of outreach to patients, and an increase in compliance rates for those in a controlled-product launch.

Held numerous positions during the time I was employed by Milestones Restaurants; including hostess, expeditor, guest service assistant and server. Anticipated guest needs and worked in a team-oriented environment.

Xandros managed multi-platform data center applications, enterprise-grade email software and created rich user experiences on a range of devices. At Xandros, I researched and analyzed different personas and user task flows in developing software. Drew up conceptual screenshots in Illustrator and Photoshop. Created presentations in Acrobat for weekly design meetings to seniors and software developers.Note: This company no longer exists.

Carleton University and the Batawa Development Corporation formed a unique partnership to help create a model sustainable community for the world. Created concepts for the re-design of the existing chalet at the Batawa Ski Hill. Rendered the final design in SketchUp. Was responsible for creating the graphic layout for the public exhibition.
