Duty Manager
Handling Front Office Operation on a daily basis. Supervising Front Office Team members. Assisting the team when problem arise. Ensuring daily task is done according to Company standard. Handling guest complaints , providing a positive recovery with guests negative feedback, Checking of the Hotel premises and facilities on a day to day basis. Works closely with Housekeeping and Engineering Team. Help to inspect arrival rooms. Reporting to Senior Duty Manager, Front Office Manager and Hotel Manager.
